For over two decades, Jeremiah Temple Church International has been a living, moving ministry in Country Club Hills, Illinois. Not just a building. Not just a Sunday service. A mission.
It started the way most callings do — quietly, faithfully, one hospital visit at a time. One jail cell. One grieving family at a car accident scene. One person who needed someone to show up and say: God sent me here for you.
That is the story of this church. And it became the foundation of something larger.
The Man Behind the Mission
Dr. Anthony Tiller — pastor, community chaplain, and founder of the American Integrity Christian Chaplain Authority — was born in Chicago, Illinois. He holds a Bachelor's in Biblical Studies from GEM Bible College and a Doctorate of Divinity from Canon University.
He serves on the Board of Commissions for the City of Country Club Hills, is a Certified Life & Leadership Coach, and a sitting Chaplain for the Country Club Hills Fire and Police Departments — the same chaplaincy work he now trains others to do.
He didn't build this program from theory. He built it from the field.

She Was There Before
It Had a Name
Long before there was a certification program, before there was a badge or an ID card, Assistant Pastor Denise Tiller was already doing the work.
She went to the hospitals. She walked into the jails. She sat in the hard places — not because it was her assignment, but because she showed up. Every time.

These people exist in every city. They are rarely reached by traditional church ministry — not because the church doesn't care, but because the church stays inside.
Chaplaincy changes that.
